Transport policy

We need 1-2 days to prepare the package, and if we encounter defective products, we need to replace them.  

Our products are in stock.

Photos to be taken before dispatch, if required, please message us when placing your order.

For Europe,

you will be given a DHL tracking number which will not be updated until the package arrives in Germany. (Usually takes 5-7 days)

For United States or Canada.

For the USPS tracking number, it will only be updated after the package arrives in the United States, which usually takes 5-9 days. If you use UPS or Fedex, usually 1-2 days will be updated.

For Australia

With Australia Post, the package needs to be picked up by the post office after arriving in Australia, and it usually takes 5-8 days to pick up.

For U.K.

Delivered by Royal Mail or Yodel, it will be updated after package arrives UK.
